Special conference guest room rates have been negotiated for delegates of the 16th ISCT at the conference venue, Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel.

All guest room rates are quoted in US dollars, and are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 15.2% (1% city tax, 6% sales tax and 8.2% occupancy tax).

The Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel is just four blocks from the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and in walking distance of Love Park, the Franklin Institute and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The deadline to book your conference rate accommodation is Friday 16 April, 2010 (12.01am CST). Although the 16th ISCT has reserved a block of rooms for conference delegates, the rooms are assigned on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Therefore, we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment. Reservation requests received after Friday 16 April, 2010 (12.01am CST) will be accepted subject to availability at the hotel’s published rates.

Should you wish to extend your stay pre- or post-conference, then the conference guest room rates will be offered 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference dates, subject to availability.
